Placement car wreck third floor luxury hotel Antwerp

The organizer of an event relied on us to place two car wrecks on the third floor of a luxury hotel in the heart of Antwerp.

To make this project a success, we chose to use a telescopic crane and a balance beam. This way, we wouldn’t have to pull the wrecks inwards with ropes. We were able to place them directly onto the floor – much safer and efficient.

Request of permits

To execute such a project in the middle of a vibrant shopping street, permits are required. Transpico Indumove made sure all regulatory requirements were met.

The limited maneuvering space in the city center had to be taken into account. The security of passersby and buildings had to be guaranteed at all times.

A happy customer

Monday morning was kick-off time. Monday afternoon, the job was completed. The cars were in place, just as requested. A few days later, our team removed them from their temporary parking spot.

The organizer was very happy with our approach. His expectations were met without any difficulties and all went according to plan.
